Calendar Coffee was founded in 2018 by Zarah Lawless and Dan Boobier, two coffee professionals with over 15 years of combined experience in roasting and serving. The roastery and cafe opened in a former computer repair shop in Galway, adopting a seasonal roasting approach with weekly batches. In recent years, it ranked third best coffee roaster globally by Roastful, the only Irish entry in the top 10.
