History

Cangshan Cutlery was founded in 2015 by Henry Liu, inspired by his hometown in China, after partnering with a manufacturer in Yangjiang, a region with 1500 years of cutlery tradition. In 2018, it launched the Thomas Keller Signature Collection, used in Michelin-starred restaurants. The company expanded with a new international headquarters in Georgetown, Texas in 2022, after plans for a Leander facility shifted.236
