Habring² was founded in October 2004 in Austria by master watchmaker Richard Habring and his wife Maria Kristina, marking the realization of their small watchmaker’s factory with the presentation of their first watch. Richard Habring began signing clocks in 1985 during his training and later worked at companies including IWC, where he contributed to the Doppelchronograph. The collection has expanded gradually, adding one model per year with limited production of up to 12 pieces each, transitioning from modified ETA-based movements to full in-house calibers like the A11 series starting in 2014.³⁵⁶⁷⁸
