History

Founded by Alfonso Tupaz, who began hand-roasting coffee in West Africa around 2013 using a makeshift roaster in a factory machine shop. It navigated early challenges and pivots, growing through the pandemic while maintaining a startup mindset, with recent investments in equipment like a Loring 70kg roaster (2022), Sovda Mini (2023), and automated bagging.
