History

Kollter was formed in 2017 through a partnership between Tinbot Technology GmbH (a German electric vehicle manufacturer established in 2017) and Jiangsu Keyroad Transportation Technology Co. The company launched its first model, the E-SUM, at the Milan show in December 2017. The E-SUM was subsequently sold under multiple OEM names including Tinbot, Horwin, and Artisan in Europe before entering the US market as the Kollter ES1 in 2019. The company has since expanded its product lineup and distribution network globally.
