History

Founded in 1963 by D.K. Jain as Luxor Pen Company in Delhi, it pioneered fibre-tip and roller ball pens in India in 1975 and partnered with Pilot Corporation of Japan in 1982 for hi-tec needle point pens. Luxor International Private Limited was incorporated in 1980 for manufacturing and exports. Over decades, it expanded to 10 facilities, achieved registration of its brand in over 120 countries, and introduced innovations like pigment fluorescent highlighters and xylene-free markers.
