History

Founded in 1976 by David Nordschow in Montrose, Minnesota, Eden began as a small PA enclosure company before focusing on bass amplification. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the company grew into one of the leading bass amplification brands. In December 2011, Marshall Amplification acquired Eden from U.S. Music Corporation, relocating operations and headquarters to Marshall's facility in Bletchley, England. The brand is currently owned by Gear4music Limited, a London Stock Exchange listed company.
