History

Founded in 2006 in Milan, Italy, by watch designer Marco Colombo, Meccaniche Veloci debuted with the QuattroValvole model featuring a piston-inspired design and four time displays. In 2015, it was acquired by Swiss-Italian entrepreneur Cesare Cerrito, who relocated production to Plan-les-Ouates in Geneva, Switzerland. The new ownership led to the development of an in-house self-winding mechanical movement to replace ETA calibers, establishing fully Swiss Made production.¹⁴
