Overview

Nissan UK is the British subsidiary and manufacturing operation of Japanese automotive manufacturer Nissan, operating a major production facility in Sunderland, England. History

In July 2021, Nissan announced a £1 billion investment to develop an electric vehicle manufacturing hub at the Sunderland facility, creating 400 new jobs and positioning the plant for next-generation vehicle production.
