PC Partner was founded in 1997 in Hong Kong as a contract manufacturer. Key milestones include listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012, acquiring ASK and Manli groups in 2011 to gain Inno3D and Manli brands, launching its ZOTAC brand in 2006, forming JVs in Singapore (2017) and China (2019) for R&D and cloud computing, delisting from HKEX in 2026, and establishing Singapore as HQ with SGX listing in 2024. It expanded production with a factory in Batam, Indonesia in 2024.
