ProTek is a tactical watch brand launched in 2022 by Barry Cohen, founder and former owner of Luminox Watch. The brand specializes in tritium-illuminated timepieces designed for professional users including law enforcement, military, firefighters, and first responders. ProTek watches feature self-powered illumination technology that glows continuously for 25 years and are built with premium components including sapphire crystals, Japanese Miyota or Seiko automatic movements, and rigorous testing protocols. History

ProTek was established in 2022 by Time Concepts, LLC, a company founded in 2007 by Barry Cohen during his tenure at Luminox. Drawing on Cohen's three decades of experience in the watch industry and the successful heritage of Luminox, ProTek was created to serve the same professional market with improved design and manufacturing standards. The brand was officially introduced at the 2022 DEMA Show and has since gained approval as an Official Watch of the USMC. ProTek operates under the philosophy of 'no excuses and no compromises' in both design and manufacturing.
