Following privatization in 1998 by Ing. Vladimír Chládek and Vladislav Veselý, the company refocused entirely on locks and security hardware. Key product launches include the US 250 manhole cover lock in 2008 and the TOKOZ PRO lock cylinders with three patents in 2012. The company remains Czech-owned and operates from its original facility in Žďár nad Sázavou.
