History
Founded in 1962 by Rajeram Agarwal as a cookware trading business in India, the company established its first factory in Bhandup, Mumbai in 1977 for stainless steel products. In 1987, it collaborated with Saphymo Steel of France to introduce copper sandwich bottom cookware via Kraftwares (I) Ltd in Palghar, and launched aluminum sandwich bottom cookware in 1990 while beginning exports.
